Anda Malescu, ESQ, Managing Partner, Board Certified Specialist
Anda Malescu is a Board Certified Specialist in International Law and member of the Florida Bar, licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and to represent clients in U.S. federal courts. As a Florida Bar Board Certified expert in international law , Ms. Malescu advises US and international clients, investors and entrepreneurs on matters related to corporate structures, international business transactions and ventures, business formation and dissolution, company acquisition and merger and business immigration to the United States. Ms. Malescu also has been involved in cases related to complex business disputes, and contract enforcement as well as the preparation of partnership and operating agreements. Ms. Malescu advocates for investor rights by assisting her international clients navigate the legal and regulatory environment and immigration system including EB-5 Investor Visa, E-2 Visa, L-1 Visa, TN Visa, H1-B Visa and others. Her clients range from small to medium-sized domestic and international businesses, financial institutions and start-up ventures.
Being a Board Certified Specialist in International Law, Ms. Malescu is part of a small elite category of lawyers recognized by the Florida Bar as having special knowledge, skill and reputation for professionalism in the multidisciplinary practice of international law.
Anda started her legal career at Kravitz & Co., where she worked directly with the Partner in the areas of business structuring, capital raising and international business transactions for privately held companies. Ms. Malescu graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws Degrees from the esteemed University of Miami School of Law, where she concentrated her studies on business law and finance. While attending law school, Anda worked for the Honorable Laurel M. Isicoff, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Further, Anda represented investors in securities arbitration before FINRA as part of the University of Miami School of Law, Investor Rights Clinic.
In addition, Ms. Malescu holds a Master of Science in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Anda worked in finance. She currently serves as President of the Florida Chapter of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce.
