Fee Structure and Appointment

We provide legal services for corporate and transactional assignments at an hourly or fixed fee rate or a combination of the two.

We offer litigation services on a contingency basis for qualifying cases, where we charge a percentage of the amount awarded in the case. For those cases where a contingency fee is unavailable, we employ hourly and fixed fee rates, or a combination of the two.

Our outside general counsel services are provided through an innovative cost structure, in the form of discounted hourly blocks of 10 and 20 hours.
