I-693 Medical Exam Now Required with I-485 Adjustment of Status

  • Mandatory Submission: Applicants must now submit Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, along with their Form I-485. Certain applicants must also file Form I-864, also known as the Affidavit of Support, together with their form I-485.
