Success! We recently had an E2 Visa Approved for an investor from Romania who invested in a construction company in Florida. The E2 visa was approved at US Embassy in Romania for 5 years, the maximum period allowed under the treaty between US and the investor’s country. The E2 visa for investor’s family was also approved for 5 years. The overall processing time was 2 weeks. At the E2 interview, the investor was only asked one question.
