Success! We recently had an E2 visa renewal approved in USA for a trucking company. The investor and her family had their E2 visa renewed within one week. In this case, the I-129 Petition for E2 Visa Renewal was approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for 2 years, the maximum period allowed under the E2 regulations, without a Request for Further Evidence (RFE). The E2 visa was renewed in the US through USCIS and the processing time was 6 days with premium processing.
